STEM Camp Director: Starting at $35/hr 

Job Responsibilities 

• Support teachers and instructors in incorporating creativity, humor, and innovation into teaching lesson plans and recommended content. 
• Provide recommendations for improvements to STEM camp programming and instructional methods. 
• Schedule and confirm field trips and transportation. 
• Supervise students during field trips to maintain safety. 
• Supervise counselors and junior counselors to ensure they are following lesson plans and conducting themselves according to camp policies and procedures. 
• Contribute to updates to camp policies and procedures regarding camp operations, employee conduct, and student behavior. 

Requirements 

• At least 5 years of teaching experience or prior experience as a camp director 
• College graduates with a degree in education with certification in science or math, preferred
