Counselor / Instructor: Starting at $25/hr 

Job Responsibilities 

• Infuse creativity, humor, and innovation into teaching lesson plans and recommended content. 
• Provide recommendations for improvements to STEM camp programming and instructional methods. 
• Supervise students during field trips to maintain safety. 
• Supervise junior counselors to ensure they are following lesson plans and conducting themselves according to camp policies and procedures. 
• Maintain all other camp policies and procedures regarding student conduct and behavior.

Requirements 

• 21 years of age or older 
• College graduates with a degree in education, engineering, computer science, or information technology are preferred 
• Relevant volunteer or work experience working with children in a school, camp, scouts, or childcare facility is preferred 
• Ability to lead a class of up to 25 students with assistance from junior counselor(s)
